Frustrated by slow progress? Firefly shows how proper form can accelerate your wellness goals whether its improving mobility, flexibility, posture, or building strength. Once youre in a program, youll need to complete each exercise on camera to move forward.

WORKOUT CUSTOMIZATION

Whether you’re holding poses like stretches or doing movements like squats, each exercise is tailored to give specific feedback based on the mistakes you make during your workout. Choose the exercises where you want help with proper form.

PROGRAMS, CHALLENGES, BADGES

Firefly requires you to complete each rep with proper form based on a strictness level set by Firefly in order to progress, helping you stay accountable. This makes every badge you earn more meaningful, since you have to physically perform each movement correctly in front of the camera to unlock it. No more faking your workouts.

REVIEW YOUR MOVEMENT

After each workout, review a stick-figure version of yourself to see where you made mistakes and what feedback was given. No video footage is recorded or stored.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Track your milestones and progress with every rep recorded based on your movements and the form strictness you set using your phone’s camera. However, badges are only earned when each rep is performed with proper form.

FIREFLY CLASSROOM - FOR CLIENTS

With Firefly, you can access online programs created by your personal trainer or coach and receive 24/7 form feedback from anywhere. As you progress, you’ll unlock new workouts in your trainer’s program by completing current exercises with proper form, based on the difficulty level they’ve set. You’ll also be able to view your trainer’s form as you follow along, review your own stick-figure footage, and reach out directly for additional guidance whenever needed.

Note: Classroom features are exclusive to businesses participating in the Firefly Classroom program. If youre a client, ask your trainer to sign up for Firefly Classroom and receive a unique code to access their custom workout plan.

Firefly offers subscription plans, depending on your preference. Subscription auto-renews so please turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior. Manage your subscriptions by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in Settings.
